Basic Principle Of The Mold

Double injection molding mainly uses a double injection molding machine with two material pipes and two sets of molds to form double injection products through two molding processes in sequence.
Work steps:
1. A raw material is injected into the A material tube once to form a single shot product A.
2. After periodic mold opening, product A is left in the male mold, and the forming motorized template is rotated to B for mold closing.
3. The B raw material is injected into the B material tube twice to form a double shot finished product, and the mold is opened and ejected.
